Hunter Boeh

 

Hunter Boeh lives and works in Atlanta, GA, earning his BFA in Sculpture at Savannah College of Art and Design (Spring 2016). He is heavily influenced by the works of David Altmejd and Tricia Middleton, and approaches the figure with an openness to material and color. Wax and clay are his favored materials, but he also incorporates craft materials and found objects into his pieces.

 

In 2015, Boeh was one of two sculpture students selected as recipients of the Savannah College of Art and Design Gene Alcott Scholarship, which included a trip to New York City to meet the Alcott family and experience the city’s numerous museums and galleries.
